We have had this ice cream maker since Christmas 2021. We have had no problems with this machine. Easy to use and works fast. If you want one that is easy to use, this is it. Well made unit.This little ice cream maker worked great the first two times I used it. A month went by, the "return window" closed, and the third time I used it it won't churn the ice cream. The compressor still works, but it is useless if the paddle won't turn. The manual is extremely sparse and doesn't come with troubleshooting tips. It is now a very large paperweight.update: I increased the stars because after it wouldn't work and I washed out the container, put everything back together, and started to put it away, I tried turning it on one more time--AND THE PADDLE TURNED! It worked when it was empty. Maybe it will work the next time it's full? Who knows? I still give the operation manual one star.This ice cream maker is simple to use and makes homemade ice cream with ease. Once done it's simple to clean and takes no time at all to be spotless. This ice cream has the most flavor of any we tried so we agreed to make ice cream at home from now on. A must have to get amazing ice cream in unique flavors anytimeI can make a variety of ice cream flavors with this, with the ingredients I decide to use. I don't use sugar, use stevia instead and love the results.Fast results in around 45 minutes I have my ice cream ?. I added Almonds in the end, not during or before the process.Easy to clean. To operate make sure the knob and lid of the machine is in its correct position otherwise it won't work.I am enjoying ice cream almost every day thanks to this ?.And the seller has been very kind and approachable.Although my machine did not work initially, I contacted Amazon and the seller (ARLIME) and the machine was replaced quickly and without difficulty.Since the replacement works well, I am very happy with the operation of the machine and the results. The 1.1 quart capacity is adequate since you can make a new batch every 30 to 40 minutes plus small batches are good for making a variety of flavors. We have made about 6 different flavors in the first few days of use.Results have been consistently good.As long as it works, it is great. I am very happy with the purchase.failed after just a few uses. seller refused to refund money or serviceThe first ice cream we tried to make was Cherry Garcia ice cream made from real cherries and dark chocolate chips. The ice cream froze well and was absolutely delicious. Since then we've also made blueberry cheesecake with a graham cracker twist running through it and a chocolate brownie that didn't last two nights! We usually store the ice cream in a glass loaf pan for easy scooping. Definitely worth the price and I would definitely recommend it.
