Easy to use. Shaves the ice into the perfect consistency, very fluffy. Tip - wait 8-10 minutes after taking the ice block out of the freezer before shaving it. After 8-10 min, squeeze the ice mold a few times to get the ice block to pop out. I love it. I use it everyday!I’m surprised at how well this works. It makes a small amount at a time, but just add more ice and you can have a larger snow cone. It’s quite loud, naturally, and really shakes your hands but it’s worth it for sure. My kids try to talk me into making a snow cone every night!Lots of shave ice treats for these hot summer nights! What I do is put a plastic sandwich bag in the mold, fill it with water, then when frozen, seal the bag to store in the freezer and repeat. I've done the same with cocktail mix (i.e. liquid mojito or margarita mix) and then once frozen, shave directly into a glass of rum or tequila - no watered down cocktails. Works with tomato juice too for a bloody mary. Just be sure to use a sharpie to write the contents on the frozen bag. Also rinse off juices and mixes off the machine (or shave a frozen water puck) immediately so it doesn't dry onto the blade.love this it is easy to use ! It is easy to clean. The functionality works. It is a little tricky at first because you have to make sure the block of ice has a flat surface so the blades can cut through the ice, but after you get this in line is fantastic!Was working, we were very happy, then it stopped crushing ice and working again then not working again. We discovered a small crack we hadn't noticed was there which is likely the problem. Will return.
