There might be a better gluten free bread, perhaps with larger slices, but overall this brand is the best. Sam's Choice brand sells good gluten free bread but Canyon Bakehouse packaging is better, so it's my choice. I usually buy at Walmart Superstore near me, but recently I was out of bread and could not get to the store. Fortunately I could order one single loaf from amazon.com for delivery to my home. Tracking showed that delivery was handed off to UPS, then was delayed, possibly because of extremely hot recent temperatures. On July 3 my order was on the way all day long until delivery after 8 PM. Being frozen and in a non-air conditioned UPS truck all day, it was completely thawed when opened. To to my surprise the shipping box contained 6 loaves instead of just the one I had ordered. Immediately I opened a loaf and ate one slice right away. It was good, so I toasted a second slice, added some olive oil, and enjoyed it very much, having been without bread for several days. Because I am single and live alone, I knew it would take a long while to use all of the bread and I would have to buy more anyway, therefore I put five loaves in the freezer to keep it as fresh as possible. Although six loaves were sent by mistake, I was charged for only the one loaf ordered. I consider that a big blessing on my small retirement income. Thank you, Lord Jesus, and thanks to Amazon too for this unexpected mistake which became a welcome blessing!
